SUMMARY

We researched and then built an application to enable sales associates in store to access stock information and consumer specific data in real time to empower them to create personalized experiences for their customers.

Problem

Sales associates at Gucci, YSL, and Alexander McQueen needed a way to enhance their customer in store experience and build deeper client relationships.

We created an internal application that empowered associates and managers while increasing revenue from in store sales. The app has become an integral part of the workday for over 13K Kering employees globally.

RESEARCH

Key Findings

  • Sales associates and managers were not utilizing the app to its full potential and the user experience and AI needed to be re envisioned and re designed to successfully increase engagement and performance.

 

Most of the SA's and SM's were using one-third of the app's capabilities to improve their performance. We re-designed the app to include an AI sales assistant that helped track KPIs in real-time and taught employees specific areas for key performance growth potential.
