Summary
We created a medical health application that leveraged data, AI, and wearable technology for doctors to treat their high end patients from the comfort of their homes.
Problem
Jawbone is well known for their wearable devices. They wanted to leverage their wearable technology and user base to create a a new way of providing healthcare.
CONTRIBUTION
Results
The application was successfully piloted in Dubai with a group of 1000 patients. The data and insight learned from this pilot allowed Jawbone to learn and build confidence for their US market launch.
Research
Key Findings
Doctors were overwhelmed with patients and and struggled to quickly access relevant and specific information.
Doctors interviewed found it difficult to treat patients in app while simultaneously running their normal practices. They struggled to find important health data on patients within the larger set of patient information displayed within the app. Our priority was to design an informational architecture that was simple and allowed doctors to find the most important data they were searching for quickly.
